Notes:
First all grain brew, sparging did not remove fine particles
which were carried through to the boil. Hot wort left overnight to cool and the fine particles settled out. ~5.5 litres of concentrated wort (1073 gravity) decanted into another fermenter and diluted up to 12 litres. Still rather sweet & high gravity after 1 week fermentation (and still bubbling), so left in the primary for a second week. Bottled with 65 g of dextrose bulk prime.
